The effectiveness of any management systems is dependent upon the organizational structure that is in place, and the polices and processes that are implemented. InPro Solutions works with clients to develop new, or improve existing, management systems to be more effective and efficient. Engagements range from basic process mapping, to process improvement efforts, to developing entire management systems from scratch. Process improvement, for example, can include establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing corrective action.
